NOIDA: The website of a leading private school has been hacked and porn content uploaded by anonymous hackers in Noida. The school management has registered a complaint in Centre for Cyber Crime Investigation (CCCI) in Sector 6.
A school official said that the first incident of hacking took place in September and the school's IT department swung into action and secured the website. However, the website has been hacked several times in the last four days.

"We found that when we put our school's website link in the URL, it leads to some porn websites. We approached police as this is a serious issue," he said. The school officials said that the website is diverted to porn servers in India and also abroad.

The incident of hacking is more frequent when the school organises some programme. "When there are more hits of the website as users seek information on upcoming programmes, the website is hacked," the official said.

Vivek Ranjan Rai, inspector CCCI, said that said that a complaint has been registered in this regard. "We have sought the IP addresses, and coding data of websites from the school. We found that the hackers had also put some messages, threatening to damage the school and its reputation. We are investigating the matter to trace the accused," he said.
